Hey guys! Jonas here and it's been a lazy Friday in New Orleans, raining a ton and we're under a flood watch. That means perfect time for the gym! I took the day off yesterday so my body could rest, and essential part of my workout regimen.
The blogging is coming along. I have added the workout page which will track my weights and reps, and I have been working on adding the diet page. Nate Warden, a fellow Miami University student, will be joining me in gaining 10 lbs. I've also been working on adding him to this blog.
The last bit of information is that I have a photoshoot scheduled for tomorrow. I will start taking biweekly photos to track progress visually. I also have my initial weigh in tomorrow. So wish me luck!
